*A minimal reservation payment (deposit) is needed for confirmed booking.

*Deposit is also accepted for pre-order items more than 1. Balance must be paid before we ship out the item.

* Cancellation-if any..must be informed. Refund will be provided but only half the amount paid.

SHIPPING:

*We ship throughout Malaysia via courier / pos express only.Strictly for safe handling & speed.

*COD is possible for Kuantan.

* Shipping cost depends on item and location. (usually not more than RM15 - depends on weight - throughout Malaysia).

* for pre-loved and in-stock items please allow 1-2 days delivery period after payment made.

*for pre-orders please allow 2 weeks delivery period after payment made.
